It was so cool being there, even though the Rangers really got their
asses kicked by the Capitals - and by the referees, too!
 
I was also very surprised by how good the music they played during the
breaks was. I could see myself being a regular at these games as long
as ticket prices are reasonable and I could get seats that are not in
the few blind spot areas that unfortunately we were in yesterday.
 
But I won't complain, it was an absolutely stunning experience on so
many levels. Going into the maybe 10th or 15th floor of a building
that doesn't look very different from the surrounding buildings and
suddenly standing right where I recorded that video is so impressive
when all arenas you know are way out of town and can be recognized for
what they are from miles away..
 
I always wondered what the fuzz was about those "I (HEART) NY" bumper
stickers. It's now so obvious.
